1. Introduction
AEGIS v1.0 is an educational research platform that explains AI-generated crypto market signals and analytic reasoning. The Platform is provided for informational, educational, and testing purposes only and is not a registered business, financial services provider, securities broker, or investment adviser.
The Platform is currently distributed as Version 1 — Beta, meaning it is in active development and made available to early users for testing, feedback, and evaluation purposes.
The Platform is owned and operated by Animesh Kukreti & Aman Juiyal — individuals based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "You") and the Operators ("We", "Us", "Our") regarding your use of the Platform and any related services.
By accessing or using AEGIS v1.0 Beta, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all beta-specific provisions in Section 2. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Beta Program Terms
Beta Status: The Platform is currently at Version 1.0-Beta. This is the first public release of AEGIS, distributed to a limited audience for testing and feedback. The Platform remains an educational research tool during the Beta period and is not intended to serve as a financial product or regulated service. The Beta period will transition to a General Availability (GA) release at the sole discretion of the Operators.
What Beta Means for You:
- Features, interfaces, and signal logic may change, be added, or be removed without prior notice
- The Platform may experience downtime, data gaps, or signal interruptions during the Beta period
- Beta access obtained via developer codes grants Pro-tier access for the code's validity period
- Beta pricing is introductory — plan prices may be revised at General Availability
- No uptime or accuracy SLA is provided during the Beta period
Feedback Expectation: Beta users are encouraged to report bugs, inaccuracies, and suggestions to animeshkukreti@aegisignal.pro. Feedback submitted becomes the property of the Operators and may be used to improve the Platform without compensation.
No Warranty During Beta: The Platform is provided "as-is" during the Beta period. The Operators make no warranties, express or implied, regarding signal accuracy, uptime, data completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into binding financial agreements.
The Platform is intended for users in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading is legal. You are solely responsible for complying with your local laws and regulations before accessing or using the service.
4. Subscription & Trial Policy
The Platform offers tiered access plans. All prices listed are Beta introductory rates and may be revised at General Availability:
- Trial (72 hours) — full access to all 42 live tokens and View Logic on every signal; Confluence Scorecard and premium analytics require a paid plan. No payment required.
- Basic ($3.60/month) — 42 of 58 tokens live, 1:1 R:R profiles, signal archive.
- Intermediate ($24.00/month) — Confluence Scorecards, token win-rate badges, Visual Zone Tracking.
- Professional ($40.00/month) — all features including Alpha Mode, Expectancy Matrix, Raw XGBoost Probabilities, SHAP, and API/JSON endpoints.
- Developer / Beta Access Code — Pro-tier access granted for the code's validity period, issued at Operators' discretion to beta testers.
72-Hour Free Trial: New users receive a 3-day trial. Upon sign-up, a trial_end timestamp is set. After 72 hours, a paid subscription is required to continue access. During the trial, all 42 live token signals and View Logic are available; Confluence Scorecard and premium analytics require Intermediate plan or above.
Trial Extension: No trial extensions are granted unless provided at the sole discretion of the Operators.
5. Refund Policy

Free Trial & Subscription Cancellation: Every paid plan is preceded by a free 3-day trial requiring no credit card details. Billing Errors: In cases of genuine billing errors (such as duplicate charges or unauthorized transactions), contact support at animeshkukreti@aegisignal.pro with your account email and transaction ID and we will investigate and correct any verified error.
Cancellation & Payment Disputes: Payments are processed securely via DODO Payments & Razorpay — if you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first before filing a chargeback. Any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law are unaffected by this policy.
6. Account Security
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your tokens, passwords, and login credentials. The Platform uses industry-standard encryption and implements 6-digit OTP verification for email authentication.
We cannot be held liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your credentials. Immediately notify support at animeshkukreti@aegisignal.pro if you suspect a security breach. We employ multi-factor authentication options including OTP-based verification for all sensitive account actions.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behaviour — including signal reverse-engineering, excessive API abuse, scraping, unauthorized sharing of credentials, or misuse of beta access codes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support. Upon termination, your access will be revoked in accordance with our 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee and cancellation policies set out in Section 5.
8. Risk Disclaimer & Financial Warning
You should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite before trading. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions made based on information from the Platform.
By using AEGIS v1.0 Beta, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency trading
- The Operators are not liable for any financial losses incurred
- You will not hold the Operators responsible for trading outcomes
- Beta software may contain bugs that affect signal accuracy or availability
- You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before trading
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection based on forum non conveniens.
